Hybrid technology in cars requires specialist servicing in order to perform as it should. The mission was to help Toyota communicate this. So i developed a customer ‘journey’ to lead Toyota Hybrid owners to the appropriate expertise, and to help Toyota dealerships build their relationship with hybrid owners. The materials created were designed to be adapted by Toyota dealers all over Europe – a truly pan-European campaign.
